What are the requirements before I can make a return/exchange/refund request?

All returned item(s) must be in its original brand new condition and original packaging; with the original tags and invoice. Item(s) which exhibits worn signs is not eligible for exchange or return. PAZZION reserves all rights to inspect the condition of the item prior to any exchange or return. In any case of dispute, PAZZION’s decision shall be final.

*Kindly note that online exchanges for size are subjected to stock availability. Online refunds will not be entitled for sale items.

      What is the duration for me to make a valid return/exchange request for my online order?

All requests for online return and exchange must be made within 14 days from the received date.

How do I make my online returns or exchanges?

Exchange via Retail Store

1.   Contact us via contact@pazzion.com.my with your invoice number and your request.

2.   Our customer service officer will contact you shortly to arrange further.

3.   Bring along your original invoice together with the item(s) in its original condition and packaging to the retail store, our sales associate will assist to carry out the exchange procedure. 

Exchange via Online Store at PAZZION.COM.MY

1.  Contact us via contact@pazzion.com.my orwhatsapp us at +6018 789 4284 with your invoice number and your request.

2.   Our customer service officer will contact you shortly to arrange further.

3.   Re-pack the shoe with the original invoice.

4.   Post it back to the address below:

5.   We strongly recommend our customer to use the courier service with a tracking number to avoid the parcel being lost. PAZZION will not responsible if the shoe is lost during posting.

6.   Once we received the parcel from you, we will inspect the condition and if everything is in order, we will post out the agreed exchange shoe to you.
